I’m an experienced editor, teacher, translator, and writer. Editing projects include major reports for provincial government commissions, statutory review commissions, and public inquiries. Other editing clients include the Canadian government, the Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board, e-learning specialists, insurers, writers, musicians, graduate students, and university professors. As a translator, I’ve worked primarily on medical documents, compensation claims, and translation revision. I taught French and English at Memorial University for 15 years before starting my own business in 2006. Since then, I’ve taught adults in both languages, individually and in groups, in academic, corporate, and community settings. My stories, book reviews, and articles have appeared in a variety of journals and anthologies. My first novel, Maxine, was published in 2013.
